Freediving

What is it?

Freediving is a one-breath hold dive practiced in depth, in length, and in time, with fin or without fin. It allows new sound and site experiences and allows exploration of one's breath hold potential.

Freediving-focused Yoga classes put emphasis on breathing exercises, lungs and chest expansion and compression, as well as mind and overall body strengthening, flexibility, balance and relaxation. These classes will help you achieve the mindset needed for extended breath holds as well as physical readiness for increase in environmental pressure and endurance for deep diving.
